“Kurobe Gorge Trolley Train” is a trolley train running through the deepest V-shaped gorge in Japan. In winter, the way is blocked by snow, but when the trolley train starts to operate in mid-April, more tourists visit the city, until the end of November when the trolley operation ends. Unazuki Station, the departure point of the trolley train, is a 5-minute walk from Unazukionsen Station. A free shuttle bus service is available from the hotel to Unazukionsen Station.
